| 摘 要： | 通过对专任教师和兼职教师进行管理方格分析，划分相应的类型，有针对性地制定“双师”型教师的培养方案。基于管理方格图的结果，实施理论教师与实训教师、兼职教师组成教学团队，共同承担理实一体化教学，构建一支专兼结合的“双师”结构教师队伍，提升教师队伍的层次和水平，从而更好地完成高等职业教育的教学任务，有效地实现高等职业教育的目标。
