| 摘 要： | 孔子私人办学的目的是培养进入贵族统治阶级的合格人才——君子。孔子教育思想中构成君子的三条标准是“仁、知、勇”。因材施教是培养君子的一个重要的教育方法,孔子的君子观以及因材施教的教育教学方法,在今天仍有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Starting from Confucius' educational purpose,which is education for the training of talented aristocratic rulers who are gentlemen,this paper deals in detail with three standards in Confucius' educational process: benevolence,knowledge and courage.Examples are cited to illustrate one of his most important educational methods,that are education in accordance with a trainee's actual conditions.Confucius' views on gentleman and the measures for talent training still have the guiding meaning now. |
