| 摘 要： | 高职院校毕业生与其他普通高校毕业生就业一样压力重重,虽然近几年毕业生就业率有所回升,但仍存在着诸多问题亟待解决。高职院校毕业生要想走出就业难的“死胡同”,必须摒弃传统就业思维定势和落后的择业观念,树立全新的择业观念,开辟新的就业渠道。通过对高职毕业生择业观存在问题和原因进行分析,提出了教育与引导高职毕业生树立正确的择业观对策与方法。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational technic al college graduates have numerous pressure on employment as same as other universities graduates,although the employment rates of graduates have increased in recent years,but there are still so many problem must be resolved.If higher vocational technical college graduates want to go out of the "Dead alley" of employment,they must abandon the traditional employment thinking mode and backward in choosing job,establish the new view of choosing job,erect the new thinking ways,start the new employment channels.The paper through inquiring into the present state of the view of choosing job of higher vocational technical graduates;and analyze the factor of influencing the graduate's view of choosing job in detail;finally,educate and instruct the graduate to establish the correct views of employment. |
