| 摘 要： | 技术作为人类改造和利用自然界的活动手段，其本身也包含了一套相应的伦理价值，人们在使用技术的时候也需要遵循一定的道德规范。今天，我们在强调信息技术和学科整合，在培养学生以信息加工能力为核心的信息素养过程中，也应该同时对其进行信息技术伦理观的教育，这是解决如今网络道德问题的一个必要手段，也是我们教育工作一个义不容辞的任务。

| Abstract: | As a means of transforming and using nature,technology has its own ethics values ,and people must obey some moral regulations when they use technology.Nowadays,we emphasize on cultivating students'information literacy,whose core is the ability of processing information;at the same time,we should teach them the ethics of information technology. It is not only a necessary way to solve the problem of internet moral,but also a duty-bound task for educational workers. |
