| 摘 要： | 我国是世界最大的烟草生产与消费国,对于实行国家垄断经营的烟草行业,如何按照现代企业制度的要求建立起符合市场经济竞争要求的法人治理结构,是提升企业效率、增强企业活力的关键。文章通过对烟草行业企业治理模式改革现状的评述及与跨国烟草公司治理模式的对比分析,对烟草企业公司治理模式的完善提出了建议。
