| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来,教育与其他社会领域一样,充满了来自时代变革的挑战。在信息和资源相对落后的西南民族地区,如何帮助中小学教师的发展适应时代需求和新一轮课改要求,成为迫切需要解决的问题。本研究对西南地区五城市中小学教师进行抽样调查,旨在揭示西南民族地区教师发展的现状,提出促进西南民族地区教师发展的一些建议和策略。

| Abstract: | Since 21 century,education similar with other social field has been full of time challenge.In southwestern China ethnic minority area where is lack of information and education resource correspondingly,it is becoming an impending issue that how to help preliminary and secondary school teachers to adapt themselves to the requirement of time and new cycle of course reform.In this paper,investigation with questionnaire have been completed among teachers in 5 ethnic minority cities southwestern China,in order to disclose present situation of local preliminary and secondary school teacher development,and give some advise on this point. |
