| 摘 要： | 挫折普遍存在，任何人都无法避免。大学校园生活的挫折有时会不期而遇。挫折常常会引起大学生强烈深沉的理解与生命体验。因此，如何有效应对挫折至关重要。本文从分析挫折及大学生挫折心理成因入手，探讨应对挫折的有效策略。
