| 摘 要： | 文中以安徽省7所高校高水平运动队为研究对象，对安徽省高校高水平运动队的现状、存在问题进行分析研究．结果表明，影响安徽省高校高水平运动队发展的主要问题有：思想认识、外部环境、项目设置、教练员、运动员及教育主管部门和校方管理层等，并根据这些问题提出统一认识、增加比赛机会、提高教练员水平、经费扶持、拓宽办队模式、扩大招生渠道等相应的发展对策，以期为安徽省乃至全国高校高水平运动队的发展提供理论依据和参考价值．
