| 摘 要： | 归责原则是在国内民法法其中构建专家民事责任制度的基础和核心。文章从专家民事责任性质多样化角度分析，认为国内民法法其中对其归责原则宜采一元化的过错责任原则，而危险责任(无过失责任)．公平责任与严格责任均不适宜。

| Abstract: | The doctrine of liability fixation is the basis and core of the professional liability. From the angle of view that the character of the professional liability is mutiplex, this article considered that the doctrine of liability fixation should be the unitary principle of liability with wrongs, but not the risk responsibility (liability without fault), the equitable liability doctrine or the principle of strict liability. |
