摘    要:本讨论了《英语课程标准》(实验稿)一级、二级技能分项指标,认为一级教学应从听说领先开始,逐步采用听读领先的教学活动进入二级教学,使儿童的听觉和开口的能力与视觉书面语言能力得到阶段性的强化训练。

Abstract:Based on the discussion of the sub-skill standards listed on the 1st level and the 2nd level teaching requirements in National English Course Standard, this paper maintains that the 1 st level teaching and learning should begin with audio-lingual method to practice young learners' ears and oral ability and the 2nd level teaching and learning should be conducted gradually with audio-reading method by the end of the 1 st level. These two types of teaching methods will complement each other if they can be used appropriately.
