| 摘 要： | 数学课程标准对数学教师的专业化提出了更高的要求，通过调查发现数学教师专业化存在着一些问题，具体表现在：专业理念与数学教学行为之间存在差异、专业知识不完善、专业素养不足。高等师范院校作为培训在职中小学教师的基地，其培养目标、教学内容、课程设置直接影响或决定课程的实施和中小学数学教师的专业化水平，因此，高等师范院校在数学教师培训方面应注意调整培训内容，转变传统的教学方式，更新培训目标。
