高校青年教师学术发展的困境及对策

摘    要:高素质的教师队伍是高校人才培养质量的根本保障。青年教师是高校教师队伍的主体,其职业成长和学术发展,不仅关系到高校的当前,更决定着高校的未来。当前,我国高校青年教师学术发展面临诸多困境,主要表现为:发展愿景被“击碎”、发展能力被“消解”、发展路径被“量化”、发展动机被“扭曲”。为了给青年教师发展创造良好的学术生态环境,高校应积极采取措施提高青年教师的薪资待遇,回归学术本真,重构绩效考评体系,明晰行政权力的合法界限。

Abstract:High-quality teachers are the fundamental guarantee of the quality of personnel training in tertiary schools. Young teachers are the main body of teachers in tertiary schools, whose occupational growth and academic development is not only related to the current situations, but also determines the future of our higher colleges. At present, the academic development of the young teachers in tertiary schools in China is facing many predicaments, mainly as follows: the development vision is "broken", development ability is "digested", the development path is "quantified", and the development motivations are "distorted". In order to create a good academic ecological environment for the development of young teachers, the tertiary schools should take active measures to improve young teachers" salary, return to the academic nature, reconstruct the performance evaluation system and make clear of the legal rights of administrative power.
