| 摘 要： | 传染性法氏囊病(Infecfions Bursal Disease,IBD)一般仅发生于雏鸡,在雏鹅发生尚属少见?笔者首次发现于安徽五河。该病以30日龄雏鹅突然发病,下痢并伴有胸、腿部肌肉出血,法氏囊肿胀和出血,肾肿等病变。病死率为20.0％。经细菌学、病毒学和血清学检测,为IBDV所致,经用抗鸡IBD免疫血清治疗,治愈率96.3％。证实雏鹅为传染性法氏囊病。

| Abstract: | Infectious Bural Disease usually comes on chickens but rarily on young geese. It was in Wuhe County, Anhui province that the author first found such a case in geese. It suddenly happened in 30 -day -old geese,with such pathological changes as chest and leg muscles bleeding , Bural swelling and bleeding and kidney swelling . The death rate is 20. 0% According to the bacteriological and pathological examination it was caused by IBDV. The treatment with anti-IBD immunization serum (which is used for chickenn)achieved a 96.3% cure rate. It was finally proved that the geese were infected with infectious bural desease. |
