| 摘 要： | 经济社会发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键和根本，构建社会主义和谐社会离不开经济社会的全面、协调和可持续发展。我们必须坚持用科学的发展现来认识和解决构建社会主义和谐社会所面临的矛盾和问题，必须通过加快经济社会发展这一根本途径，来促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。
