| 摘 要： | 基于“六个要”的总体要求,新时代高职院校思政课教师上好思政课的首要胜任力在于政治胜任力。围绕这一中心论点,探讨了新时代高职院校思政课教师提升政治胜任力的有效路径,主要有:通过筑牢政治观念以奠定观念基础;通过加强政治理论学习以备足理论养分;通过思政课教学而得以实践彰显。

| Abstract: | Based on the general requirements of"six requirements",the primary competence of ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era is political competence.Around this central argument,this paper discusses the effective ways for the ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges to enhance their political competence in the new era.The main ways are to lay a solid foundation of political ideas,to prepare enough theoretical nutrients by strengthening the study of political theories,and to demonstrate it in practice by teaching ideological and political courses. |
