摘    要:按照真实环境、真学真做、掌握真本领的要求开展教学活动是现代职业教育体系建设的重点工作之一。以真实应用为驱动,从微观、中观、宏观三个层面构建教学改革体系,从而形成高职院校真实应用驱动教学改革机制构建的主体内容;以社会需求为推动,建立强化监测跟踪与反馈,从而形成高职院校真实应用驱动教学改革体系建设的动态调整机制;为高职院校人才培养模式和办学模式的提升,使学生能力能够与企业需求协调发展提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:It is the essence of vocational education to carry out teaching activities in accordance with the requirements of real environment,learning and doing,and mastering true skills.The construction of the teaching reform driven real application mechanism in higher vocational colleges is driven by the real application,and the teaching reform system is constructed from the micro,meso and macro levels,so as to form the theme content of the construction of the teaching reform driven real application mechanism in higher vocational colleges.Based on the social needs,we should establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism to strengthen monitoring,tracking and feedback,so as to form a teaching reform driven real application system.It can provide beneficial reference for the promotion of talent training mode and school running mode in higher vocational colleges,so that students'ability can coordinate with the needs of enterprises.
