摘    要:学校、家庭和社会教育是整体的社会系统工程,各司其职而又相互联系,任何一方面的失误或者失职都会造成文化缺陷,形成社会发展障碍。家庭、学校、社会教育应强调人性理性。只有社会教育、学校教育和家庭教育通力合作,培养现代社会所需的现代意识和人格特征,才能构筑社会公平和谐的基础。家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育相互连接和联系、协同作用完成教育年轻一代任务,使之不仅能接受和继承优秀文化,并且能为文化改进和发展做出自己的贡献。

Abstract:School, family and social education are effective elements in the entire social systems engineering, with each other being independent and co-related. The mistakes or dereliction of duties of any element will cause cultural defects and result in obstacles in social development. School, family and social education should put emphasis on humanity and rationality. Only through the cooperations of these three elements can the modern awareness and personalities be formed and a base of social fair-ness and harmony be constructed. School, family and social education are co-related and collaborative, so as to educated the young generations and advocate them to make contributions to cultural innovation and development.
