| 摘 要： | 文章对跨越式发展在中国的理论与实践进行回顾的基础上,对欠发达地区跨越式发展的涵义界定为:后发区域在科学的发展理论指导下,充分利用比较优势与后发优势,以更短的时间和更小的代价,实现先发区域的先进状态。同时,文章对我国区域视角下跨越式发展面临的独特问题进行了分析。

| Abstract: | On the basis of overview in brief of striding progress in China's theory and practice,the essay defines striding development in underdeveloped region as:guided by scientific development theory,the late-start region makes a full use of comparative advantage and its advantage to catch up with developed region within shorter period at less cost.In the meantime,the essay makes an analysis of unique problems with striding progress in regional perspective. |
