| 摘 要： | 大学章程的实施，是实现大学章程抽象的可能性与具体的现实性的中介，是大学章程公布后的实际贯彻、实行与运用。目标维度上，大学章程的实施能有效实现制定大学章程的目的，发挥大学章程的功效，促进大学章程价值的实现。路径维度上，完备大学内部规则体系，合理配置大学内部权力，实施权利救济和行为评价，培育理性章程意识，确立大学章程的权威使其获得实际遵从。保障维度上，财力支撑、政府倡导、法治观念为大学章程实施提供经济、政治与思想的条件。

| Abstract: | The practice of university statutes is an intermediate between its abstract possibility and concrete actuality,it is relevant to its practical execution and operation. On the object dimension,the practice of university statutes is a guarantee to its goal ,to the effect and to the realization of university statutes value;on the path dimension,it is important for improving the college internal system,coordinating college internal power,practicing right relief and activity assessment ,developing rational regulation consciousness ,establishing the authority of college regulation;on the safeguard dimension,it offers economic,political and philosophical conditions for the practice of university statutes by financial support ,government support and legal support. |
