酒店大学生员工职业生涯管理探讨

摘    要:目前酒店大学生员工流失率居高不下,已成为酒店人力资源管理及发展的瓶颈,从职业生涯管理的角度分析,这与酒店职业生涯管理基础工作开展不足、员工的发展目标与酒店的发展目标不能协调或统一有一定关系。必须从健全制度保障体系、整合大学生员工和酒店发展目标、制定员工职业生涯规划、构建职业发展阶梯等方面,加强和完善酒店大学生员工职业生涯管理。
