| 摘 要： | 为探究大学生心理资本与专业承诺的现状及二者的关系，采用《大学生积极心理资本问卷》和《大学生专业承诺问卷》对975名大学生进行调查．结果显示（1）大学男生心理资本显著高于大学女生（t=3．940，P〈0．01），但在专业承诺总分上二者不存在显著差异（t=0．718，P〉0．05）；（2）大学生心理资本存在显著的年级差异（F=3．224，P=0．022），专业承诺存在极其显著的年级差异（F=15．368，P=0．000）；（3）心理资本与专业承诺之间存在显著相关（r=0．444，P〈0．01），心理资本中的希望、自我效能、乐观三维度对专业承诺具有显著的预测作用（校正R^2=0．225）．从而得知大学生心理资本与专业承诺之间存在显著关系，提升大学生心理资本可有助于专业承诺的发展．

| Abstract: | The paper explores the current situation and the relationship between the psychological capital and professional commitment in college students, based on the investigation of 975 students by positive PsyCap questionnaire （PPQ） and undergraduates＇ professional commitment scale. The result shows that the male students＇ psychological capital is significantly higher than female （t = 3. 940,p 〈 0.01 ）. While, there is no ob- vious difference in professional commitment for the male and female students （t = 0. 718,p 〉 0.05）. Second, psychological capital is different for different grade students （F = 3. 224,p = 0. 022） , and professional commit- ment of them displays a marked difference （F = 15. 368 ,p = 0. 000）. Third,there is a clear correlation between psychological capital and professional commitment（ r = 0. 444 ,p 〈 0.01 ）in college students. The hope, self-effi- cacy and optimism will effect the professional commitment significantly. There is a significant relation between college students~psychological capital and professional commitment. Therefore improving college students＇psycho- logical capital can promote the development of professional commitment. |
