摘    要:黄酮类化合物是粉葛积累的一类重要的次生代谢产物,具有良好的药用价值.本实验以粉葛为模式植物,通过观测不同前体物(L-苯丙氨酸、肉桂酸、阿魏酸和香豆素)及不同浓度梯度(10mg/L、20mg/L、30mg/L和40mg/L)的同种前体物对粉葛细胞的生长特性,黄酮类化合物合成过程中关键酶苯丙氨酸裂解酶PAL的活性及总黄酮含量的影响.结果表明,高浓度的L-苯丙氨酸和肉桂酸抑制粉葛细胞的生长;低浓度的L-苯丙氨酸对总黄酮积累有较大的促进作用:添加L-苯丙氨酸和香豆素都降低了PAL的活性.

Abstract:Flavon oids compounds are a kind of important secondary metabolities accumulated in Pueraria lobata cell, and have a special value in medicine. Taking Pueraria lobata as a pattern, we observed that precursors (L-phe, Cinnamic acid, trans-Ferulic acid, Coumarin) had an effect on the growth of Pueraria lobata, the activity of Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) which appeared during fiavonoids synthesis and the content of flavonoids. As a result, L-phe and Cinnamic acid had promoting effects on cell growth, while the highest flavonoids levels were obtained on the medium containing low concentration of L-phe. PAL activities were enhanced when adding L-phe and trans-ferulic acid.
