| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、录像观察等研究方法，以2010年女排世锦赛、2011年女排世界杯、2012年伦敦奥运会中的世界优秀女排主二传手为研究对象；从二传手的组织强攻和快攻方式与效果等几个层面进行动态数据比较分析。结果表明：中国队主二传手主要组织进攻战术依旧为传统的快攻为主，强攻为辅，而外国队伍的总体趋势还是趋向于组织强攻作为主要组织进攻方式。中国队在组织前后排强攻成功率方面均低于外国女排。通过本研究旨在了解当代中外优秀女排队伍主二传手在组织战术方面的发展特点，进而比较分析中外优秀女排主二传手组织进攻方式方面的差别，为中国女排队伍科学的训练提供参考。

| Abstract: | By using the literature material method, mathematical statistics method, video observation research methods, this paper studies how the world outstanding women＇s volleyball setters organize the fast attack and forceful attack, with the Women＇s volleyball World Championship in 2010, Women＇s Volleyball World Cup in 2011, the 2012 Olympics in London as the research object. The results show that the main way that main setters in Chinese team organize the attacks is still traditional, that is, fast attack is given priority to, and forceful attack is complementary. While general trend of the foreign team still tend to a frontal attack as the main organization. The successful rate for Chinese team in the orga-nization of frontal attack and forceful attack is lower than the foreign women＇s volleyball team. This＆nbsp;study aims at understanding the development trend of main setters＇ organizing tactics in Chinese and foreign excellent women＇s volleyball team and provides theoretical reference for Chinese women＇s vol-leyball team training based on analyzing both Chinese and foreign outstanding women＇s volleyball set-ters. |
