| 摘 要： | 与党的其他重要领导人相比，周恩来对宣传工作的论述虽然不是那么丰富鲜明，但在建国后特定的历史时期，他以清醒的头脑对宣传工作提出的指导思想和自身的宣传实践，不仅具有丰富的历史意义，还具有深刻的理论意义。本文试对新中国成立后周恩来的宣传思想进行初步探讨，以求教史学界的同仁。

| Abstract: | Compared with the other important leaders on propaganda work, Zhou Enlai＇s paper is not so rich and bright. However, during the specific historical period after the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, the guiding ideology on propaganda work that he put forward with a clear head and its propaganda practice, not only has the rich historical significance, but also has the profound theoretical significance. This paper, based on various documents, aims to thought of propaganda after the founding of the People＇s Republic make an approach to Zhou Enlai＇s of China. |
