| 摘 要： | 稳定是一种公共产品。金融稳定是经济和社会稳定的基础和前提。政府提供“稳定”，可以有很多手段，财政手段是其中之一。财政与金融存在着复杂的相互影响，财政对金融稳定有着重要影响。财政与金融机制的联系机制是金融稳定的宏观支撑点。中国的金融稳定状况更是与财政有着密切的联系。在我国，近年来经济增长和财政收入的增长，为金融稳定提供了强大的财政保障。为维护金融稳定，政府有必要也有能力采取相应的财政对策。

| Abstract: | Stability is a kind of public goods which government has the responsibility to provide. Financial stability is the foundation of economic and social stability. Fiscal solution is one way which the government can play a role in this part. The relationship between fiscal and financial mechanism is the macro foundation of financial stability. with the development of the economy and the strengthening of the fiscal status in recent years, government has the capacity to take measures to realize financial stability. |
