| 摘 要： | 专业化的适应体育教师是提高残障学生体育教学质量的保障。文章对美国适应体育教师专业化的发展路径进行了分析,认为美国主要通过完善的法律体系、一体化的教师教育模式、权威性的国家标准、多样化的专业组织、严格的资格认证、专项的经费资助等多种手段促进适应体育教师专业化。建议我国应积极吸取美国适应体育教师专业化的先进经验,并立足于我国的国情,探索有中国特色的适应体育教师专业化发展道路。 |
