摘    要:目前,我国培智学校的教育对象在障碍程度及类型上都发生了很大变化,教育对象的变化,势必引起教育模式的改变,其中课程改革是首要任务。本文就培智学校课程设置的理念、课程结构、课程设置与实施原则以及课程实施的基本保证等进行了探讨,其中的主要观点是:(1)注重缺陷补偿,保障障碍儿童的后续发展;(2)实施医教结合,构建课程框架;(3)树立综合康复的理念,进行课程整合;(4)注重康复训练人才的培养,满足培智教育的需要。

Abstract:Currently,there are enormous changes in the severity and subtypes regarding mental retardation.Such changes lead to a reform in educational model, with curriculum setting as the first priority.This article discussed the theoretical issues in curriculum setting,the structure of the syllabus,curriculum setting,principles in practice,and quality assurance in delivery.Some of the major issues included:(1) emphasise compensation for the deficits so as to ensure subsequent development in the mentally-retarded children;(2) Integrate medicine with education to construct the curriculum framework;(3) Set up comprehensive rehabilitation and integrate it with the curriculum;(4) emphasise training and nurture of rehabilitation staff to fulfill the requirement of education for the intellectually-disabled.
