| 摘 要： | 会展业的迅猛发展，会对城市经济起到很大的推助作用；中小城市作为人口与经济的次级聚集中心，可以凭借突出的产业优势，优越的区位条件，独特的旅游资源以及完善的基础设施条件，发展成三级会展中心城市；并要走专业化、服务先行、横向联合的道路。

| Abstract: | As the populated economic centre, city is the place where MICE originate and gather. The rapid development of Conference and Exhibition business can greatly promote the city economy. The paper focuses on the development of Conference and Exhibition economy in small and medium-sized cities, and makes an analysis on the condition and the orientation of developing C & E business in cities. |
