| 摘 要： | 《明史·七卿年表》详细记载了洪武十三年以后吏部尚书任、去职的年月始末与结局,所载吏部尚书几乎臻于完备。综合可考的史料,尽可能准确、详备地对洪武元年至洪武十二年的吏部尚书进行一番梳理后补订的此十二年间的明代吏部尚书表是对《明史·七卿年表》的补充与完善。对几种吏部尚书表进行必要的整理分析,结果表明:在明代二百多年的历史之中,吏部尚书的任期呈现出阶段性变化的特点;明代吏部尚书由于受到皇权、阁权和宦权的挤压,导致在整个中央体制中的影响十分有限。
