关于中学教师成长阶段的研究

摘    要:采用访谈法对20名中学高级教师进行调查,探讨中学教师职业专长的发展阶段。结果显示,教师职业专长发展呈现出阶段性,可以分为学徒期、成长期、反思期和学期;职业能力是职业专长的核心要素;教师职业专长发展并非呈直线态势上升,其间可能会出现停滞阶段。

Abstract:The present study explored the stages of professional growth of middle school teachers. The results showed that: 1)There were four stages in the professional growth of middle school teachers, which were apprentice stage, growing stage, reflective stage and expert stage; 2) Professional ability was the core component of teacher's professional expertise; 3) Teacher's professional growth didn't display a process of linear ascent, in which stagnancy periods might exist.
