| 摘 要： | 高校的国有资产是学校赖以生存和发展的重要物质保证。在新的办学形势下资产的高效管理和应用仍存在诸多问题。应从制度建设、管理理念、激励机制等方面进行改革，从国有资产的管理实践着手探索符合我国高校实际的资产管理模式，使高校的资产管理更加科学化、规范化，充分发挥其为教学、科研服务的功能，增强高校的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities＇ state-owned assets guarantee the development of colleges and universities. In the new tendency of development, some problems arise in the aspects of the high efficient management and utility of state-owned assets. Thus, such aspects as the regulation, the beliefs in management and the motivation system should be improved so that the management pattern is made in terms of practice of state-owned assets management. Consequently, the management of state-owned assets can be achieved in a scientific way so as to serve teaching and research, which strengthenes the competitive force of colleges and universities. |
