实验教学量化管理指标体系的构建与实施

摘    要:论述了化学实验教学中量化管理指标体系的构建与实施过程。围绕实验教学的主要环节建立了实验准备、实验操作、实验结果处理、行为习惯和团队合作五个一级指标,并根据不同实验课程和实验内容的特点构建相应的二级指标。结合此量化管理指标体系,形成与之相适应的教学模式,并对实验的各个环节进行量化管理。通过这种管理模式,一是充分发挥学生的主观能动性,防止实验教学过程的“走过场”,达成能力培养目标;二是促进学生良好实验习惯的形成;三是使教师能根据学生的实验情况作出公正、准确地评价。

Abstract:The eonstruction and implementation process of the management system of quantification and indexation in chemistry experiment teaching are discussed in this paper. There are five first-class indexes including preparation, operation, result treating, behavior habit and group cooperation surround the experiment teaching. Acorrding to the characteristics of different experiment course and contents, the corresponding second-class indexes are constructed. The corresponding teaching model which combined the management system of quantification and indexation was formed and applied in all different experiment segments. There are three results by applying this management model. Firstly,it can make full use of the students' subjective activity and prevent the students from "doing nothing" , then their ability will be cultured. Secondly,it can promote the form of the students' good experiment habbits. And thirdly,it can help the teacher to give the fair and accurate evaluation by the experiment process of different students.
