健康与文化并重的高校体育课程理念理论探析

摘    要:在剖析现阶段高校体育课程理念问题的基础上,从现象学、文化学和课程学等研究视角对其理论依据进行深层分析和阐释,提出了高校体育课程实践改革的理论启示意义。研究认为:生活世界理论要求高校体育课程理念注重学生的身体运动感知和领悟,用内心体验和感悟体育生活的价值和意义,需要高校体育课程目标根据学生个性化发展来重新设计;后殖民主义文化理论启示高校体育课程理念的文化价值重建应倡导东西方文化之间的真实对话,需要加大民族传统体育课程的课时比例,适当调整高校体育课程结构;整体课程理论要求高校体育课程理念应注重学生精神世界和生活意义,需要高校体育课程选择体育安全常识、生存技能训练等安全教育内容进入高校体育课堂。

Abstract:The paper persents an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundation of a College PE conception and the implications for practice are proposed.The study indicates: the life world theory requires that College PE to lay equal weitht on health and culture to enable students to perceive the value of sports and the curriculum objectives based on students' individualistic development should be formulated;the post-colonialism cultural theory inspires that the reconstruction of the cultural value of College PE shoud advocate a real dialogue between eastern and western ciltures,an increase in the proportion of national traditional sports and thus a proper adjustment in curriculum structure;the integrated curriculum theory demands that the conception of College PE should focus on the students' spiritual world and meaningful life and thus saf ety education should be integrated into College PE classroom teaching.
