| 摘 要： | 实践教学是电大培养应用型人才的关键环节,也是电大教育中的一个难点。针对目前实践教学体系不够完善、实践教学师资相对匮乏、实践教学基地不够稳定、实践教学管理不够严密等状况,电大要制定明确的实践教学目标、完善实践教学体系、构建“双师型”教师队伍、加强实践基地建设、改革实践教学的评价方法,以培养社会欢迎的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | The practice teaching is a key essential link in cultivating the applicable talented person of TV Universities,and a difficulty issue in the TV University education as well.Aiming at some current situations of TV University education,such as unperfected practical teaching system,lacking of teaching personnel,unstableness of the practical bases,and the looseness of practical teaching management,this article suggests that the TV University should make a clear goal of its practical teaching,perfect its practical teaching system,construct its troop of "double-talented" teachers,enhance it practical teaching base developing,renovate its teaching and evaluating method,in order to cultivate the applicable talented person welcomed by the society. |
