| 摘 要： | 在中国远程教育蓬勃发展的新形势下,电大要明确网络条件下的教育目标,进行教学改革,培养学生的应用能力,建立科学的质量评价体系,形成特色鲜明的人才培养模式;积极构建中央、省和市县三级电大各具功能和特点的网络系统,以形成电大远程教育的网络环境。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation of fast development of distance education in China, RTVU must set clearly it's goal of education, carry out teaching innovation, cultivate application capability of the students, establish scientific quality estimation system, and form its education mode with special features. We must actively construct the RTVU education institutes at central, provincial and county levels each with its own special functions and features, thus to formatting the net work environment for RTVU distance education. |
