| 摘 要： | 针对中国高校传统数控人才存在规模化培养质量的不足,与国家产业升级需求不匹配的现状,在分析传统数控人才成长构成要素及其可链接封闭性基础上,探讨优化数控实训软硬件环境,构建自顶向下的知识单元可链接与其封闭活化面积可拓展的高校项目实训教学知识体系,逐步建立以项目实训教学为核心的高校卓越数控人才规模化培养的可持续发展模式,为零距离实现卓越工程人才培养提供参考。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the defective traditional scale cultivation quality of numerical control talents and the cur- rent situation of scale cultivation of numerical control talents, which disharmonizes with the national industrial upgrading needs, on the basis of analysis of the component factors and enclosed linkability for growth of tradi- tional numerical control talents, the article probes into the hardware and software environment for numerical con- trol practical training, constructs practical teaching knowledge system for the projects in universities with top- down knowledge units linkability and closed activation area expandability and gradually develops sustainable de- velopment models for project practical teaching-cored scale cultivation of excellent numerical control talents in colleges, providing reference for seamless cultivation of excellent numerical control talents. |
