| 摘 要： | 高职院校图书馆目前存在工作量大与人员不足的矛盾。缓解这一矛盾的措施之一是聘请学生到图书馆勤工助学。学生到图书馆勘工助学,不仅可以减轻经济负担,而且还能提高综合能力；既强化了图书馆与学生读者的联系,也促进了图书馆的工作。应做好勘工助学学生的选拔、培训和管理。

| Abstract: | Presently,workload is in clash with shortage of staff in higher vocational col- lege library.One of the options to lessen the clash is to employ students to take up work - study program in the library,which not only lightens the their financial burden,but up- grades their comprehensive competence.Moreover,it strengthens the students'contact with the library and promotes the library work as well.Consequently,the work of selecting, training and managing students must be handled properly. |
