| 摘 要： | 见义勇为是人类社会共同的利益需求，是必须保有和发展的一种社会关系。而今却出现道德实践滑坡，原因既有社会的、制度的，也有观念道德的。解决的办法是使见义勇为道德法律化，即，对作为行为给予切实可行的鼓励与保护；而对不作为行为予以相应的惩罚。

| Abstract: | Brave action, as a kind of common interests, requirements and relationships of human being, should be kept and developed healthily. Nowadays, however, there is a severe decline of ethic practice in our society. As far as causes are concerned, both social system and ethic ideas play a part in this phenomenon. Perhaps the best way to eradicate it, if any, is to make the ethic problom lawize, that is to say, give the positive act a practical encouragement and protection; while give the inaction a punishment accordingly. |
