| 摘 要： | 现行的高职院校管理模式大多采用“学校-院系-专业研究室”三级管理模式.在这种管理模式中,专业群内各专业根据行政隶属可能分散在各个系院,导致资源不能充分共享.而“集群管理”模式则通过改革管理体制,建立行业企业参与管理的机制,推行专业群实体化改革等措施,以一个或若干个重点建设专业为龙头,以校企合作共享平台、师资队伍共享平台、课程资源共享平台、实训基地共享平台和社会服务共享平台的搭建为重点,建设专业群,实现资源充分共享.

| Abstract: | Higher Vocational Colleges mostly uses the three class management mode ＂College-Department-Professional Laboratory＂.In this management mode,according to administration,every major within majors cluster may be scattered in various departments,resulting in that resources can not be shared;But＂ cluster management ＂mode reforms the management system,establishing industry enterprises to participate in the management mechanism,implementating substantive reform measures of majors cluster.With one or several key major as a leader,and the school-enterprise cooperation sharing platform,teachers sharing platform,curriculum resources sharing platform,training base sharing platform,social service sharing platform as the focus,majors cluster is constructed to realize the share of resources. |
