摘    要:积极心理学理论指导下的高职学生心理健康教育课程内容的构建,以培养学生积极的主观体验、个人品质及人际关系为主要目标.实施对积极心理学理论与高职心理健康教育实践对接的研究.旨在将积极心理学理论精髓转化为实践,并恰当地融入到高职学生心理健康教育课程内容体系之中,实现高职学生心理健康教育从消极转向积极、从被动转向主动、从补救转向预防、从面向个别问题学生转向面向全体学生潜能的开发的新方向、新发展.

Abstract:The main objective of course content construction of mental health education for higher vocational college students under guidance of positive psychology theory is to train students" positive subjective experience, personal quality and interpersonal relationship. Research on the combination of positive psychology theory and mental health education practice for higher vocational college students aims to transform the essence of positive psychology theory into practice and properly integrate into the course content system of mental health education for higher vocational college students, thus realizing a new direction and development of mental health education for higher vocational college students changing from negative to positive, passiveness to initiative, remedy to prevention, some problem students to all students" Potential development.
