| 摘 要： | 北京市科技总部新区以丰台园为核心地带。丰台园于1991年11月由北京市人民政府批准成立,1994年4月被批准为国家级高新区,1996年成为全国首批向APEC开放的科技工业园之一。从丰台区的资源禀赋和地理条件来看,农业在产业中占比越来越小,工业也在进一步压缩,而服务业,尤其是高端服务业,是丰台区尤其是总部经济区未来的发展方向。
