| 摘 要： | 作为展示和交流科研成果的窗口，高校学报对于促进高等教育事业的发展，提升高校教学和科研水平具有重要意义。目前，我国高校学报虽然数量众多，但有特色、有影响、有代表性的学报数量很少，在期刊市场上缺乏竞争力。为此，必须改进办刊理念、办刊模式，提高办刊人员素质。

| Abstract: | As the window to show and exchange the scientific research achievements, transactions of colleges and universities have great significance to promote the development of higher education and improve the teaching and research level. Although vast in number, there are few transactions of colleges and universities with characteristics, influence and representativeness. To improve the competitive power in periodical market, we must change our conception and mode of running the transactions and improve the quality of practitioners. |
