超临界CO2萃取白簕叶总黄酮工艺的研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取白簕叶中的总黄酮化合物,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了超临界萃取条件(压力、温度、时间、CO2流量)对其总黄酮的影响.实验结果表明,最佳提取条件:萃取压力20 MPa,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间1 h,CO2流量20 L/h.白簕叶总黄酮提取值为2.929 mg/g.

Abstract:Using supercritical CO2 extraction of general flavone compounds in the leaves of Acantho-panax trifoliatus, by single factor test and orthogonal test, the supercritical extraction conditions(pressure, tem-perature, time and CO2 flow rate) of the effects of general flavone are studied. The experimental results showthat the optimum extraction conditions: 20 MPa extraction pressure, extraction temperature 35 ℃, 1 hour ex-traction time, CO2 flow 20 l/h. Validation experiments show that the flavonoids extraction in Acanthopanax trifo-liatus leaves as: 2.940 mg/g, to prove that the conditions for the optimum extraction conditions.
