| 摘 要： | 情事变更原则是调整市场经济的一项重要法律原则，我国对情事变更原则的立法尚不完善，而现实生活和司法实践中存在并且确认情事变更原则。确立和完善情事变更法律制度有着重要意义，应从实体法和程序法以及立法解释和司法解释几个方面确立和完善情事变更法律制度。
