基于ANSYS Workbench的数控插齿机主轴分析

摘    要:采用ANSYY Workbench对数控插齿机主轴进行有限元分析。在软件DM中建立主轴模型,利用软件的自动划分网格技术划分网格,并施加载荷和约束、求解;利用输出的主轴的正应力曲线、主轴总变形和主轴在Y方向的变形曲线对主轴性能进行分析。

Abstract:Spindle of Numerical Control gear slotting machine,is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.Spindle model is created in DM of the software,mesh are generated through using automatic mesh partition techniques of software on spindle.Loads and restraint forces are applied on the spindle FEM model.The spindle total deformation curve,the spindle Y directional deformation curve,and the spindle normal stress curve are obtained.It analyzes the spindle performance to use these simulation curves.
