| 摘 要： | 防守中的假动作,就是运用智慧,埋设陷井,巧妙的运用防守假动作、引诱对手达到完成防守的目的,加强防守的攻击性.防守假动作的出现弥补了防守技术上的不足,但在临场运用时要注意协防中假动作的运用.只要合理的运用防守的假动作就能摆脱防守的被动局面,提高防守的主动性.

| Abstract: | What are called feigned defending movements is applying wisdom to lay a trap and cleverly use feigned guard act to lure the opponents,so as to achieve the goal of defending and strengthen offensive availiability.The appearance of feigned defending movements makes up for the lack of guard skills,but one should pay attention to apply the feigned movements in cooperative defending.Using them properly,we can shake off the passive guard phase and improve its initiative. |
