| 摘 要： | 应该通过招生改革来促进社会诚信的进步。在招生改革中更重要的不在于寻找一种腐败行为无空子可钻的方案,而在于一旦腐败行为发生,我们应该有配套的措施来揭露和处置。建议在推行自主招生的同时实行两项遏制腐败的举措,一是要对实行自主招生的高校以及参与推荐学生的中学及教师建立诚信档案;二是有关高校要对不合格的学生实行中期淘汰。

| Abstract: | The improvement of social honesty should be promoted by enrolment reform.We cannot predict to find an approach accordingly no corruption may exist.The most important thing is that we are able to expose and punish the corruption as soon as it appears.Two measures are suggested for corruption punishment especially in independent enrolment of universities.(1)The honesty files of corresponding universities,high schools,and faculties will be established in independent enrolment.(2)The unqualified undergraduates must be eliminated in mid-term of four-year programme. |
