| 摘 要： | 互联网思维作为商业模式创新的重要手段,正在被传统企业所接受,并有效地促进了传统企业的发展。但传统企业的商业模式创新尚处于初级阶段,创新路径与重构策略缺乏有效的指导思想和参考标准。通过研究互联网思维下商业模式创新的路径可知,商业模式创新的内容与互联网思维的内涵不谋而合,将互联网思维运用于商业模式的重新构建中,能从思想上指导传统企业进行商业模式的创新,通过平台化策略、大数据策略和跨界整合策略来引导传统企业,能更好地运用互联网思维改善目前的困境,推动传动企业转型与发展,从而促进经济的快速发展。

| Abstract: | The Internet,an important means of business model innovation of thinking,is being accepted by the traditional enterprise,and effectively promotes the development of the traditional enterprise. But traditional enterprise business model innovation is still at an early stage,lack of effective innovation path and reconstruction strategy guiding ideology and the reference standard. By studying the Internet under the thinking of business model innovation path,the connotation of business model innovation and Internet thinking happen to have the same view. The application of Internet thinking into the reconstruction of commercial mode can guide the enterprises to make better use of Internet traditional thinking to improve the present predicament,drive transmission business transformation and development,and promote the rapid development of economy only by the ideological guidance of traditional enterprise business model innovation,and the strategies of platform,big data and cross-border integration. |
