| 摘 要： | 探讨mdm-2基因与睾丸肿瘤发生及预后的关系．应用免疫组化方法检测27例睾丸肿瘤中mdm-2蛋白表达水平．发现有12例标本mdm-2蛋白阳性表达，并且与睾丸肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期有关，提示睾丸肿瘤恶性程度与mdm-2蛋白表达具有明显相关性．mdm-2蛋白表达可能成为睾丸肿瘤预后的指标。

| Abstract: | The mdm - 2 Protein expression was analysed by immunohistochemical and 12 of the 27 tumors were positively stained. The expression has been related to the tumor grade and stage. The result denotes that mdm - 2 protein expression was relevant to the tumor grade and tumor stage and thererfore might be a marker for the evaluation of the diognosis of tesu'cular cancer. |
