| 摘 要： | 用问卷调查的方法，了解女生对体育项目的选择研究结果表明：女生对体育项目选择有明显的倾向性，随着年龄和年级的增长，对于体能要求高和竞技体育项目的选择逐渐减少，选择旨在增进健身、健美和娱乐类的体育项目则逐渐增长；她们的运动动机也随此倾向而转向为了健康、为了健美、为了娱乐和喜欢运动.

| Abstract: | The paper discusses how to choose the sultabe items to heighen the teaching thect, improve the physical education in the secondary health school and develop schoolgirls' ability to exereise in all their lives. The questionaire research shows shoolgirls have obvious tendency in choosing their favodrite sport items. Along with their age growing up and grad going up, their choices for items requiring high body ability decrease, while their choices for those aiming at health,fitness and amusement increase. And at the same time, their moivation for sports changes with this tendency. |
